Trump is paving the way for JD Vance to be the next great leader of our time

My criticisms of Trump aside, he is showing humility and letting JD take the stage. There is a 100% chance that Vance will win the republican nomination and be a 2 term president.

Do you know how many sitting vice presidents have been elected president? Two and neither of them served a second term. Martin van Buren and George H.W. Bush.

I’ll go on record now and say Vance will never be POTUS. He was never a realistic successor. If anyone in this admin had a shot it’s Rubio.

Vance isn’t making decisions like this. I can’t remember a former VP being held to the fire for their bosses actions. The Somalia disaster wasn’t tied to Gore.
