NBC started the questioning and asked how he could be speaking so highly of such a cruel leader. He acknowledged he was tough and then said he thought the turning point for both sides was Otto Warmbier, he said Otto did not die in vain. Wow that was a Reagan moment.
Couple of other notes. Boy they had this buttoned up, they answered every question, they obviously went into this looking at every angle, the negotiations I mean, why the presser was so tight.
I also think they have a very large transition team working with NK to help them with the next steps.

This is unbelievable.
Too bad most Americans are asleep and will only see the edited and spun up MSM propaganda version.
He has never been so focused, compassionate, respectful of the press, humble.
You can sense the mood in the room.

What an incredible moment in history. Two nation leaders coming together to attempt to right a wrong done in their previous generations. It's a weird feeling but you gotta hand it to the Rocket Man for this foresight. The Donald is the greatest EVER.

One of Alphabet nightly news stations had on Bill Richardson as a supposed expert on all things foreign policy And they didn’t even announce he was a Democrat like they’ve been announcing that Graham is a Republican. They Actually treated this loser Democrat like he was an expert on foreign-policy.

Shouldn't we give Obama the credit he is due? To be fair he is the one that allowed Warmbier to be killed in NK, setting this whole process in motion.

Ok also can you imagine the jet lag he is experiencing? I read he was up for 22hrs. Not bad for a 71 year old. I know when I fly 12+ timezone I will hit a wall where staying awake is impossible.

If this is known to be a starting point why is everyone crying about it not being at the end point? Their sabotage is so obvious. Our media has checked out and political leanings come first in reporting.

I'm paraphrasing because it was very late/early, but my favorite part was when a reporter asked the President what we were giving up here. He said that we weren't giving NK $1.8B.
