They are trying to make things seem worse than they are top sabotage his campaign. Im not really sure there's much disputing that at this point.

Of course liberal news outlets are going to make it seem like the end of the world. Fox news and conservative news networks would be doing the same thing if Obama was in office. It still doesn't change the fact that there is a pandemic that is far from being controlled and people going back to work early would be devastating. It would be an Italy situation but worse.

Except we have good healthcare and only 1.4% of Americans die versus 10% of Italians. So in reality it wouldnt be nearly as bad as Italy. If we're being completely honest.

What you posted is false. He is referring to getting the country back moving again. Which is a process and will take time. There is no magic "by the weekend" cure.
BTW, he is absolutely correct in that the people fighting to shut down the country are doing so to force a regime change. But some things are better off unsaid. He needs to shut down the rhetoric and keep on trucking to keep the economy going. While directing responsible behavior and pushing for cures and vaccines.

Italy's healthcare isn't bad. Right now our hospitals aren't overrun, but the U.S cases haven't spiked yet. It wouldn't be a pretty situation if it gets to a point where hospitals are essentially picking who gets treatment and who gets turned away.
