Here's a link to parts of the 1st No Sail order issued by the CDC in March of 2020.

It was renewed and in effect until October 30 2020 when a Conditional Sail Order was issued. It did not allow anyone to sail until conditions were met that were extremely lengthy and difficult.
However subsequently in November they issued level 4 alerts halting this.
As of December 31, 2020, Not a single cruise ship has been allowed yet to operate.
It is not until APRIL that new guidance was issued...after Desantis sued them.

I prioritize what is important to me in a candidate differently than you. Tax policy, foreign policy, and the lawfare then dems are engaging in are infinitely more important to me than what happened in 2020. If another global pandemic hits I’ll have egg on my face. No clue. Surely there is some document we can refer to to see who ordered it. It really isn’t a big deal. It’s not a big deal that Ron briefly shut down beaches either. This whole thread is bizarre. The slightest criticism of Ron blows things up around here.

Hell no. Cuomo sent people to die. He was awful. My sole intent in this thread was to point out that Ron did in fact order a shutdown. And later to include that he shut down beaches. Those two points are simple facts and it caused a whole lot of controversy. I’m not sure why. It isn’t even a Criticism, really.
