If we know Trump has zero chance of winning election, why exactly would we want him to run?

He lost to a potato whose own party wouldn’t let him run previously for being a liar. A guy who could barely speak a coherent sentence.

Only the Dems unwillingness to let Hillary go cost them the first election.

You win US elections now by 1-3% margins in certain states. They have what they need on Trump to get those margins.

I like his politics but he simply can’t win.

Any reasonable person sees this. DeSantis will trounce any D in a national race. The man just won Florida by 20%.

At one point fairly recently I thought Trump embarrasses Desantis in a primary. I am not so sure that's the case anymore. Desantis is quickly gaining momentum.

It’s amazing the Trump supporters can’t see this. I’m beginning to believe in that “non college educated, white male” stereotype

Agree here. Trump running is only self fulfilling for him. Desantis brings some of his ideals without the narcissism and nepotism DT brought.

They will not let him get elected again. I can guarantee you that.

yeah I'm pretty much here now. Trump celebrating a gop senate loss because he hated the guy is indicative of me over us. Ok so O'Dea ran against Trump and lost. Trump dunks on the guy while the Senate slips away. Now we suffer for Trumps hurt feelings. This is teen drama not responsible politics for the good of the people

If he were daddy and could run shite he wouldn't have any trouble beating Trump in the primary.

Anybody that says DeSantis can't beat Trump but can win a national election vs a machine Democrat is out of their fricking minds.

Trump won because a conservative candidate finally pushed back against the GOPe. He talked to the unsatisfied voter who the GOP despises. Now he will get blamed when another GOP governor doesn't win.

Trump was an outsider that had to fight the media and his own party and was blamed for not getting enough done when he has got more done than any conservative President in my lifetime.

But he was mean and divisive (Like that was Trump and not the media and everyone in Washington). So now we have to hope DeSantis isn't another GOPe candidate and if we don't jump on board we are the reason the conservatives lost?

I hope DeSantis is who we think he is. I will vote for him. But don't get surprised when he folds to the pressure of the media like every other GOP candidate of my lifetime. You all asked for it.

Oh look another NPC copy and pasting the new narrative the establishment gave you. Elections are never rigged, nothing to see here. Go back to your establishment bros.

I'd vote for DeSantis too, but these fools thinking DeSantis is the answer when he can't beat Trump in a primary are truly retarded.
