The exact problem Trump is facing in NY, DC, GA, and possibly Florida.
Over-policing, over-zealous prosecutions, expansion of this arm of government in our lives, violation of rights, violence against innocent citizens, etc. All the parts of the Police State. Take your pick.

Speaking of over prosecution, your boy Dan Goldman was just on interviewing local PA police in assassination. attempt.

The reality is that Trump and all politicians should stand up for the good cops. That means calling out the bad ones that make their jobs and lives harder.
It’s hilarious to watch both sides on these types of issues arguing the same arguments in different situations.
Left: Call out cops on violence they are imposing on innocents. Push narrative that most cops are bad.
Right: Call out all teachers on the acts of the bad ones imposing on their kids and the school system. Push narrative that teachers are all loons and the good ones all leave.
In both cases, unions protect the bad ones, and each side blames the bad apples as representative of a major systemic problem that is representative of that group as a whole.
In the end, you are all the same simple-minded fools that stick to the narratives prescribed to you by your political overlords.

What's the story behind this? I vote not to jump to conclusions until facts have entered the room

See, people like you are the problem. To you, acknowledgement that bad cops exist means all cops are being attacked.
This is an obvious situation where the cop is being held accountable. No one should support this cop purely because he is a cop.
where did i say a single solitary thing about not thinking bad cops exist or that the cop shoudlnt be held accountable or that he should be supported just because he is a cop?
i'll wait.

No, it will be turned against him, like "good people" on both sides.
If the cheaters want to start burning down their own neighborhoods, let them have "room to riot".

The story is the democrats want to turn an isolated incident into a campaign issue on race and police brutality. They saw how effective Floyd was in 2020
