He needs to show up for the debates. I don’t care how much he is up in any polling. By not going he either feels that he cannot successfully defend his 1st term, properly define what a 2nd term would bring or that he is entitled to the nomination. The man shouldn’t run from a fight. He’s capable of winning a debate. We’ve witnessed it. Just practice and bring your A game. He’s also capable of imploding during a debate but he shouldn’t run from it. This is part of running for the office.

This is the correct answer. They are interviewing to work for US. I have never thought I was so entitled that I shouldn't have to interview. If he doesn't want to defend his body of work or his policy positions, why does he deserve my vote?

Not saying I will vote for DeSantis either though I think he's more electable.

He's not showing. Screw Fox as they sold out and they are GOPe. They layed down when the election was obviously "rigged" and then fired Tucker for telling the WHOLE Truth. And now we know for sure it was rigged, as the FBI/Barr sit on Hunter's Laptop which would have swung it to Trump. Will Fox now push the 'stolen election' narrative? Hell no. And that is exactly what Trump should tell Fox when they invite him into the lion's den, for supper. Fox is 'Bud Light'.

Not because of some principled stance he’s taking against Fox News like he’s going to peddle.

Because he knows DeSantis would kick his arse.

What do you think Trump did when Baier asked him how he planned to win back suburban women?

*He melted down, howling that he won.

But what if I - and millions of other American voters - want to hear him debate his policies and ideas in order to make the most informed decision on who we "hire" and pay to represent us as president? That doesn't matter over some childish beef that he has because he feels personally slighted that Fox didn't kiss his arse enough in one week?

Y'all's priorities are all fricked up. Trump is just a man, and he's supposed to be earning our votes to represent US and fight for US. Not his perceived slights against his ego.

None of us have beef with Fox news personally, they don't effect my family, income, taxes, child's education and future, any of that. It's not my fight to be effected by

childish beef

They impeached him for challenging Ukraine to investigate Hunter and Joe. IMPEACHED! And this after the whole of DC knew it and went along (Fox at the fore) with and investigation based on Hillary's fraudulent Dossier. That is not "childish"; it's what ruins honest government and starts wars.

I don't GAF about Trump and his 'golden mansion' and playboy bs. Not my cup of tea. But we hired him to do a job that -apparently - nobody else was willing or could do. Or they would have done it. We are on a slippery slope to pure Fascism; Fascism being defined as State Control of everything. Including what your children believe and how they live...or die as the society crumbles. And it is.

Trump kept his promises as best he could with vipers who live large in DC all around him. Vipers who knew that he was going to 'drain the swamp' and shut down the cash cow.

The Deep State hates Trump and the people who love our Constitutional Republic as Founded, love him. Not because he is of exceptional character (he ain't), but because he does not sell out Capitalism (supposed Meritocracy) and Constitutional Principle/God-given Rights to Egalitarian utopians who take it to the bank. When Pelosi stands in the same line for a doctor as me, then I'll believe.

I respect you RB, but you are wrong (IMO) re not being affected when our Media Sources and especially our government either lie or tell only half the truth. The latter is worse. That saying about Justice being blind is spot on. And it it ain't, I fear for your loved ones and mine. And I really love mine.

Our Tigers are coming on strong in Omaha. So glad for them after last night.

The people behind Desantis have always been the concern.

Typical.

You weren't talking about people behind DeSantis. You were talking about posters on this board that posted things you didn't like reading.

I was always voting Trump. But his association with the GOPe is what makes me unwilling to vote for him at all, even if he wins the nomination.

You are far more "establishment" than the Ronbots that have your panties in a bunch. BTW - why did you run from the question about being for or against cutting Social Security and Medicare?

And I thought you posted earlier that you'd vote RDS in the general, but maybe you've always been willing to be forward about how retarded you are - because not voting DeSantis in a general is f'n retarded.

Retarded and soft AF. Are you sure you're not a Democrat?

Trump is losing it. I’m not saying he is losing his mental capabilities like Biden is, but it is obvious that anyone or any entity that does not say exactly what he wants to hear is an enemy in his mind.

I think between his belief that he was wronged in 2020, DeSantis running against him, the indictments, etc. he is to the point that he feels that he must lash out at anyone who might share a mere thought that he doesn’t like.
