For the most part now that the election is over Trump does not tweet. The screenshot shared in the OP was a Truth, not a tweet and came from Truth Social as do all of his social media posts.
There is an independent X account @trump_repost that reposts all of his truths however without any commentary:

Many here use the X copies of Trumps Truth Social truths instead the original truth as unfortunately the embed feature only works for X and YouTube.
