It is the SAME THING that every POTUS has done in similar circumstances

Why would they put this out there now? Is it a head fake to make Biden prepare for getting asked these questions and neglect other things? Is it reverse psychology to make him think that they are putting these out there now of course he won't actually bring this stuff up in the debate and then they ignore it? I just don't see the benefit of putting out the questions Biden "must answer" more than 7 hours before the debate.
