They never mention how most of these countries are paper tigers and barely fund their militaries up to par. Make these countries pay for their own security and we will see how awesome their single payer healthcare system is moving forward.

Badassery aside, he's right. The amount some NATO countries contribute to their own defense as a percentage of their GDP, on the backs of the American taxpayer is woefully low. America could afford to do that if the Euros yielded to American interests, but when they are intentionally flooding their own nations with the enemy, that old deal has to end.
