I said "curveball", so here it is:
Senator Kennedy, Blackburn and Cornyn asked a question addressed to BOTH House Managers and counsel for the Preisdents.
Roberts said they would split the 5 minutes between both sides.
"Why did the house of representatives not challenge Trump's claims of executive privilege and/or immunity during the House impeachment proceedings?"
Hakeem went first and lied his arse off.
Philbin followed and shredded him.
