As a current law student, I don't think we'd have a hypo on an exam about impeachment.

Damn. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this is spun tomorrow by the left. Constitution vs. feelings

Something along the lines of "Dershowitz is frequently at odds with the majority of legal scholars"

It is almost hard stop time 9PM EST. And tomorrow is the final day.

It seems as if this team moves it along far better than three days of basically Schiff.

The difference is the dems chose political partisans.

But if the Dems chose Lawfare Blogger lawyers it would have been the same thing.

They will bring up Turley who is at odds with Dershowitz, but who the Dems largely ignored in the house hearings.

This is kind of a shitty closing statement after what Dershowitz did.

"Imagine a post-impeachment world" and "the Golden rule of impeachment". What the frick

Did Dershwitz’s jacket seem terribly large? I missed his class but saw a clip.

Was Dersh a drop the mic moment for anyone else? Close for the night. Cipollone isn't wrong, but drop the mic with Dersh and go home.

Cipollones point about focusing on governing instead of impeaching was worth making

I’m punishing myself with the MSNBC panel. This is a miserable lot. I’m not sure they watched today’s precedings.

The pathology of denial is indisputably acute in any who would fail to see the absolute demolition of the House Managers' case by the President's defense team.

Absolute. Demolition...

It just felt overly cheesy, especially after Dershowitz made such a strong case. Going to "feelings" and shite was kinda lame at that moment.
