She made the same argument earlier. Clinton shouldn't have been impeached because he *only* committed the minor crime of perjury but OMB and committed no crime so he must be impeached.

CJR is not a judge in this case nor is he allowed to rule by Senate rule. Do they forget that vote happened and is in writing seen by the public.

They want the SOTU to be done/stalled when Trump is still under impeachment removal in a trial.
The GOP better not allow this. Schiff just said he has all the documents he wants. He is a liar.

I was busy and saw in the bedroom TV the Dossier was brought up. This is good but the goal is to keep this going in case RBG keels over and the SOTU.
Think about it....Trump is set to give one of the best SOTU's I have seen in my lifetime. Which indeed helps his re election.

Schiff saying that Biden can’t answer questions re Trumps QPQ, therefore he shouldn’t be a witness. Also said that he couldn’t be called as a witness because all of Congress could be called as a witness.

The Dems would have done well to preview any detail as to what they would expect to glean from any documents or any witnesses. They've most certainly not previewed anything new and/or compelling. Just need witnesses and documents, generically speaking, that's all they can say.

Schiff is telling on what many here have been trying to warn about. Schiff only wants his witnesses. Mulvaney, Pompeo, Bolton. He just said himself and Biden are not relevant witnesses. And we all know Robert's will block the WB.
