The GA case isn't close to dead, and there are still the obstruction-related charges in the Florida case.
The DC case looks pretty dead at this point

Obstruction? BS. This entire case should be obstructed down a toilet. The FBI had access to those documents to begin with any time they wanted.
The raid was totally unnecessary and I hope when its all said and done that we get the unvarnished truth behind this entire mess and whoever ordered this ends up where they belong. In Jail.

Jack Smith was illegally appointed. Garland, by statute can't appoint one his lap dogs as a Special Counsel

You know why it's all falling apart..... Because it's all LIES LIES and more LIES. I could go on an on an on about it, but i don't wish to engage in a useless dialogue with you, you have no integrity, and not an ounce of honesty about you just like all your leftist friends, and you definitely don't have the courage to admit when you're wrong, that takes courage of which you have NONE

GA SC is going to kick Fannie off the case next spring and then the case will be given to another county DA in GA, where they will summarily dismiss the case
You don’t live here. Nobody and I mean no one other than Fanny would have ever brought this case.
Trump is going to win GA by +5 this go around

Those charges are pretty solid, assuming the allegations in the indictment are anywhere close to true.

This is irrelevant to the obstruction-related charges.
If you want a good example, look at Martha Stewart's case. She was not convicted of insider trading, but was convicted of lying to federal agents. The primary case can be unfruitful but subsequent behaviors can get you in trouble.

Heard the fruit might be poisonous down in Florida.

I would not be surprised in that judgment wasn't vacated on September 18 based on Presidential immunity ruling
