NATIONAL SECURITY has always been the issue for Trump and you link does not disprove that.
Someone said Trump flipped on banning TikTok. You said "nuh uh" and I posted info pointing to Trump actions to ban TikTok, and now Trump does not want to ban TikTok. Then you go back and say "it was always about national security." Yes, it was about national security, but Trump did seek to ban it. Trump was right about TikTok back in 2019/2020. That is the only point someone was trying to make, but since you live on your knees for Trump, you can't tolerate anything that isn't outright worship of your lord and master.
You could just say "Yes, he flipped, and here's why" but you refuse to do that. Instead you reflexively go into 'defend Trump' mode and tell lies, move the goal posts, and then call people names.

Nobody is going to disagree that some American companies are a danger. But the reason for it goes all the way back to FDR's words and actions that allowed 45 goals to be reached.

No, I stated that Trump did not flip on the issue because the issue is and has always been National security. He stated it in the OP release shown and in the EO.
He had also talked about it way back then being sold. Even NPR went after him for that:
