I came to this thread for probably the same reason you did. The thread title is very ambiguous so I was curious what it was referring to.

Again, you are a liar.

They are contractually entitled to certain benefits after a certain amount of time.

Why is it wrong to not have them serve to that certain point in time if you don't want to pay the benefits.

Why don't you ask some military people what they think about Obama forcing them to retire right before they would have had enough time in to collect military retired pay?

Explain. Even when not activated I still get Tricare at $47 a month and life for even less.

DJT has little or nothing to do with the day to day operations of the Pentagon. POTUS receives a briefing every morning from the DNI and usually a General or Admiral. Deployments are initiated or ended after months of planning. The logistics alone are maddening.

He also has little to do with the stock market going up or down on a daily basis but everyone on this board gets on their knees and exalts him when it's up .001%.

I do laugh at the irony of this kind of stuff

Fed Gov does something I disagree with, orange man bad

Fed Gov doesn’t do enough, orange man bad

Any decision made by Fed Gov, orange man did this

Maybe this is what the fuss is about? I honestly don't know if this is true or not, but I tried to find the specific benefits being talked about and here's what I could find.

quote:

Guard members must serve for 20 years to qualify for a pension at age 60. But for every 90 days serving during a federal emergency, Guard members can move up that retirement by three months. Ninety days of service also qualifies members for 40 percent off the tuition at a public college or university.

This shite happens and has happened on every deployment...
shite the airforce/army just waive short tour credit if you get stuck past your 179...
The guard peels frickers back for everything

This is true. Forbes worded it like they don’t get any at all for not hitting the day amount.

Democrats don't care about truth.

Remember, they will support rapists that eat dead babies to get Trump.
