Trump is a liar and he has no shame. Those men who fought and died, God rest their souls. I can only imagine the horror of war,and I would never seek to dishonor them. Like most people in this country I have ancestors that fought in that war on both sides. Having said that we must come to the reality in the USA that we fought and defeated the wrong enemy. Our participation in that war is a direct cause of the Marxist invasion of the West that we see today.

Nope. Really both sides were just as bad as the other one. They were both full of radical loons. Just one side was a little more radical than the other side.

• Over 150,000 Allied troops landed at
Normandy on this date, back in 1944.
• This invasion paved the way for over
350,000 Allied troops, 50,000 vehicles,
and 100,000 tons of supplies to enter
France within days. By the end of the
month, ~850,000 Allied troops would
enter France.
• In 1944 the Axis powers had about
3.5M troops.
• With the Normandy invasion on D-Day,
and the combined efforts of the
Soviets in the east and the Allies in
the west, by January, 1945, the Axis
would be down to about 2.5M troops.
• By the middle of 1945, Germany
surrendered – to the Allies on May 8th
and to the Soviets on May 9th.
• D-Day was the inflection point for the
Allies.
• If you want something to be proud of
today, think about these men.
