The real question is how did Obama and his crew get to be so paranoid and corrupt to pursue a dirty tricks strategy against political opponents?

That's what you should be asking, not whether or not the report of that illegal strategy should/could be released so everyone can see it.

Why doesn't a rep just reveal the info and then claim the mishap on a cold, worked for Di Fi.

Because she's a loon from a loon state and will suffer no consequences for that from her voter base. If anything, her base applauds such recklessness and bullshite excuses.

And be labeled a dictatorial, vindictive hack? Or he could, you know, allow the structure in Place follow the written procedures and release it by the book

How predictable! You've got dick all in terms of a reason Trump hasn't just made this supposedly damning memo public immediately, so it's the old Trumpkin chestnut of "BUT HER EMAILS!"

So I point out how the POTUS can declassify anything at will, and you got to "But Hillary".

There's literally dozens of ways this could've been revealed.

Thats correct....and the best way is being used. Build up interest and outrage. It's just the smart move. Honest people will be so outraged that they won't care when the dems are rounded up and placed in the camps.

He needs too so Americans can believe this story. It's just another crazy story until a grand jury comes together.

He could throw a pdf of the memo on dropbox and tweet the link right now if he wanted.

Why would he want to go that route? That would be anticlimactic.

Of course you would like everyone to attack Obama and ignore the complete lack of evidence. That makes sense.

Yeah! Don't ask why Republicans won't say shite about any of the specifics on the supposedly game changing memo. Instead, just get angry at Obama about what the memo that we haven't seen might say!

That way, when the memo turns out to be a bunch of bullshite Nunes pulled out of his arse to appease Trump, at least you'll have gotten to play the victim for a while!

You opened this box, I didn't. My point was Trump isn't going to declassify a memo because someone calls him on the phone and asks him to do it. He's going to need to see it and discuss with at least 1 other person first. Any info he gave the "Russians" was already discussed internally BEFORE he did it.

Apparently the "evidence" is described in the report that you and yours are fighting to keep from the public.

Please explain the "fight" and who is doing it. Because the POTUS and R's could release it now if they wanted to.

If you think the White House didn't help Nunes draft the memo then you are way too naive for politics. They probably had the finished draft a week ago.

This information should be released to the American Populous because their reaction to said info will be definitive, not so much as to the credibility of our Justice, Investigate and Security Institutions, but more so the attitudes/intent of our Populous.

If our Populous has become divided to the point that the Dem Constituency is okay with employing said Institutions as partisan political weapons, simply because it was THEIR Party that was guilty of such...then where do Republicans go from there?

If in a boxing match, one player goes below the belt and the referee does not enforce the rules and punish the player...then what does the opposing player do. They either ditch adherence to the Rules and go low...or lose.

And since Security Institutions - by their very nature - must be hidden from public view, it becomes all the more critical for the 'referee' (DOJ) to enforce the Rules lest both Parties abandon Rule of Law.

We'll learn a lot from the release of these Docs.

Maybe Nunes spent his time taking creative writing courses while he was being investigated by the ethics committee.
