The memo is more valuable as a hashtag. It gives all the perpetually paranoid Trumpkins something to focus their anger on. If it gets released it will flop as a work of fantasy by Nunes.

Apparently the "evidence" is described in the report that you and yours are fighting to keep from the public.

Apparently, Trump and the Republicans don't want you to see that evidence, or else they don't it will be very convincing, because no one can stop them from releasing it immediately, and yet they haven't...

But hey... doesn't mean we can't image was MIGHT be in there and have a nice angry circle jerk over it, right!

About the GOP memo on alleged FISA abuses, @RepAdamSchiff last night called it "a profoundly misleading set of talking points...attacking the FBI and its handling of the investigation. Rife with factual inaccuracies...a deep disservice to law enforcement professionals.”

While I'm here let me ask are we still waiting for Obama to declare martial law so he can take everyone's guns?

That was left to Hillary. She was supposed to win.

Also when did he declare Sharia law because I was told that would happen to?

That was left to the useful idiot SJWs. Hillary was supposed to win.

Source with knowledge tells me the Nunes memo is "a level of irresponsible stupidity that I cannot fathom. Purposefully misconstrues facts and leaves out important details."

Potus also has the ability to fire the director of the fbi. Yet here we are. Firing comey started a special investigation, led by comey's best friend..

Dems and msm will probably demand.. and get another special investigation if Trump releases the fisa memo himself.

It's not that automatic when the press scrutinizes if your hands are actually 3% too small...

He has to get some lawyers with clearance to comb it...
He should have it reviewed through routine legal and intelligence channels, but that's not the same as "has to." He can make releasable or declassify any information owned by the government on the spot--even information shared by our friends, though that can burn information-sharing relationships. In case your memory fails you, he did just that last year.

AND, it is stronger when the people clamour for it...
I don't buy that. You don't need a buildup for something truly extraordinary. That's ridiculous. Those stories run on their own. No big scandal to actually break in modern history came on the heels of some intentional pre-publication buildup or whisper campaign. Congress leaks like a Russian submarine and they crave the spotlight and appearance of being in the know as much as any media personality. Someone would have dropped something to some contact they have in the media if this were a huge deal. Hell wasn't it briefed out to the full House? Yeah. 435 people renowned for keeping sensational secrets.

Give me a break.

Why did the democrats vote to hide them?

Because the republicans want that on the record before release

Yes he can but let's not pretend that someone can call him on the phone and ask him to declassify a memo; it takes a little time to do this.
or not pretend that if Trump does declassify anything, he will said to have interfered with the investigation

because if he did this immediately the heradlines would be...

CNN: TRUMP shares classified info, he abused his power.(even tho POTUS can declassify a ham sammich) they will still do this.

I don't think they should wait for the phones to ring off the hook and twitter to explode-- demanding they RELEASE THE Documents. They should vote RIGHT NOW and then have the nearest repub with a cold release them and then blame it on cold meds like hack Feinstein did.

I'd love nothing more than crooked bureaucrats and politicians to go down. Dems or GOP, I don't give a damn. As I said earlier Clinton shouldve been indicted IMO.

My point is this whole thing is a sideshow, and if it is as bad as Gaetz suggests it'd have been released already. The other issue is that if Nunes wrote the memo I'm not going to trust it. Same if Schiff wrote a memo. It's going to contain selective info and exaggerated conclusions. I don't give a damn about the memo, release all the source documents.

Rep Mike Conaway, the Republican in charge of the House Russia investigation, told NBC's @mikememoli last night that releasing the memo would be "real dangerous. That’d be real dangerous." Presumably because it would compromise the investigation.
