A rep could've revealed info on the floor, they have immunity to do that. There's literally dozens of ways this could've been revealed.

Nunes could easily release the memo and the source docs at any point.
The thing is if it's even as close to as big of a deal as some are making out to be (even congressmen) then you should be pissed off at Trump and GOP Reps for not releasing it already.
