There’s actually a small village near Oxford in England that is voting next month on a referendum to secede from the UK and join the US over the UK government’s plan to erect a migrant camp in their town that will contain more migrants than the population of the town. It’s a small gesture, but the residents say they have been in touch with a lot of other similar communities. If the referendum passes, look forward to a lot more rural communities following suit.
