You lose me here too. A hearing with an asylum officer takes 3 days on average. If they are in sanctuary cities they either skipped their hearing or were already granted asylum.

These immigrants (Who aren't illegal if they are seeking asylum) would be used as pawns by a President who is breaking the law of our country. They would be entitled to some reparations. Citizenship for valid asylum seekers and green cards for the rest.

I truly don't see why the democrats have a problem with this. I really don't.
It seems they should be applauding this decision. Illegals get a place to live in America which is what they want.

Earlier in this thread I begged President Trump to overwhelm the sanctuary cities with migrants. I have changed my mind now and think it will hurt him to do that. I spoke in serious anger and now I realize cnn will be on location in the worst sanctuary city with babies crying and Latina women crying and make it look like the nazi Holocaust. Also the logistics of it all is impossible. How will Trump get the migrants to go to the sanctuary cities? It’s a bad idea and it will cost him morale high ground with women voters. Those white women that voted for him in 2016 will not abide Latino babies crying on cnn.

Well Trump just said he’s going to do it. I hope he’s just trolling. I know I’ve been bi-polar on this issue but I hope he doesn’t do this. Can the potus legally make somebody go to a location if that person is not under arrest? Y’all know they have constitutional rights even though they are here illegally.
