Trump Can Fire Anyone in DC He Wants to, Thanks to Biden

President-elect Donald Trump is arriving at the White House armed with a legal weapon that will let him fire any of President Joe Biden’s appointees.
Thanks in part to a court fight former Trump White House spokesman Sean Spicer lost over his firing by Biden from a three-year term to the Board of Visitors to the United States Naval Academy, the incoming president will have the legal backing to dump any of Biden’s over 4,000 appointments who try to stick around.
And the best part, Spicer told Secrets, “They’ll have no one to blame but Biden himself.”
quote:
Spicer’s lawsuit forced Democrats to claim that Biden could fire anyone he wanted and they won the case. Now they have to live with that legal precedent as Trump heads back to the White House.
It’s going to be really funny when the media figures this out.

Poetic justice.
With that said, i foresee a bunch of firings every 4-8 years now when parties take over.

Clean house the first week and put the burden on them for an ultimate Supreme Court whackdown. Ignore the (corrupt) Judicial Stays and delays and do work while the wheels of *justice* roll.
Ugly and counter to our Constitutional Republic principles, but the only way to counter a Fascist "fundamental change" to 'Democratic', mob-rule tyranny.
What a mess.

That's exactly how it was in the 19th century. Then Congress passed a bill (1880s-1890s ish) to limit how many federal workers or who could be fired.
Once again, trying to avert one perceived problem, they created the worst one of all, the rise of the Bureaucratic State

Anything's fair in lawfare now. The Democrats set this precedent when they used the legal system to try destroying Trump.
The Unions touted Biden in 2020 as "the Workers' President" but he's probably dealt bigger blows to federal workers' protections than any other President.

Democrat’s fears of a Trump dictatorship come true because of Biden’s dictatorship!
Reminiscent of the Reid nuclear option changing SCOTUS!

Fixed.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Only difference is, now it will be legitimate.
