How can anyone disagree with this? It's what we should be doing in the first place, investing in our own country/people instead of other countries with foreign aid.

I really like Rand Paul. He has used this Trumpmpresidency to push through many things he feels are important to the nation. He is acting like an actual adult and working to assist the president in moving this nation forward and that is admirable.

Aid of any type by definition is usually a good thing.
Political and international pay-offs are a much more fuzzy thing.
