That's a lot of support for a "white supremacist".

It kinda makes me think... Most Black people know what actual, real, racism looks like. And they dont' see it in Trump. Just a guess...

What states might the black vote flip for Trump?

Not flip, but hold.

Swing states he barely won in 2016 that have significant black population:

Michigan - 15% (mostly Detroit)
Pennsylvania - 12% (mostly Philly)
Florida - 16% (all types down there)

Let's reasonably assume blacks are 10% of the voting electorate in those states. If Democrats' 90% loyalty drops down to 80% this go around, Trump adds 1% margin to his victory tally. 1% is huge in swing states.

If the Democrats can't break through that 3 state firewall, it's over. Even if a state like Arizona flips, it's over.

I'd love to believe it but every black neighborhood I've seen is heavy Biden signs.

I would think even a dramatic shift is 20-25 percent

Talk about a silent majority. Lets be real. In neighborhoods like that if you support Trump you cant put up a Trump sign

Rasmussen is a very credible poll. Not saying it’s on the money but it could be reasonably close.

If it's one quarter true, he's likely wrapped it up.

11.5%

He needs at least 13% for a wrap up.
