Go outside to your pool right now. If the lining isn't vinyl and is spray on, see how hard it is to remove a one inch piece.
No the people supporting the algae are morons but the people who refuse to see that it was bad workmanship are up there as well.
The only time epoxy comes up like that is if it didn't adhere properly.
Not blaming Trump blaming the contractor. That's all. I like the pool being fixed.
