this has nothing to do with the actual 2020 election

this is about a private contest about the 2020 election that Lindell ran that ended with nobody winning. the contestants were civilians and one of them sued for the prize money ( the $5 million)

It was a contest to prove him wrong about the 2020 election.

No one could.

This was about the 2020 election and data from the actual 2020 election.

So you think he should just stay quiet and hand over $5M?

uhhh, what? lol

I'm saying genuine Crackheads with resources like Lindell don't just "give up" on a fight.

Really not that deep. I'm glad he won

I’m not sure I ever commented on the Lindell suit.

You have made comments about "the pillow guy" and the Dominion lawsuit.

You blatent fricking liar. There was no "vague contract terminology".

Per the article, the appeals judges ruled that arbitration panel CHANGED the terms of the signed contract while in arbitration.
quote:

Circuit Judges James Loken, Lavenski Smith and L. Steven Grasz concluded on Wednesday that the arbitration panel improperly amended the contest's contract terms, putting new obligations on Lindell concerning the data at issue.
“Fair or not, agreed-to contract terms may not be modified by the panel or by this court,” the appeals court said.[b]

Shove this loss up your azz.

Well you've read the article but seemingly don't understand how Mikes credibility is still trash even if he keeps his money(simply requires candidates name in one of 11 files as an example thanks to wording of his contest). It didn't validate that any files were actually from the election, or were the packets he claimed to have showing vote count changes ....
