Seems like a dumb thing to do in the first term. He pissed off a lot of his base and put a ton of small Businesses out of work.

As someone who uses a small pod system to help with my nicotine addiction, this pisses me off.

There has been so much mis-information spread through the news. Just read the article. They generalize e-cigarettes and then mention the problem being THC carts? They also talk about vapes exploding but rarely if ever mention the devices are usually mechanical mods which are probably <5% of devices sold and are only recommended for serious/knowledgeable users.

Vaping has helped tons of people quit dipping, chewing, smoking, yet some are trying their best to get them banned.

But you can still buy cigarettes with no problems.

This is big gov looking for more tax revenue. They won't ban anything just like they haven't banned regular cigarettes. This is just the government warming everyone up that if you want to keep your vape we're going to have to tax and regulate it like cigarettes. The government is missing a cash cow right now and they know it.


Vapers will bitch and moan for a little while but then they'll adjust to the price increase and big brother will have won once again.

But then again this doesn't make much sense with us about to go into an election year. Kind of like it didn't make much sense for Trump to flirt with the idea of gun control going into an election year.
