Bro. You copy pastaed a puff piece on his family lineage. Grow up.
Did you want me to post all of the court filings? Again, point to something I have said that's not true. Are there any details about his family lineage that you know were incorrect?

So yes you are defending Ms13 gang members
Naw. Our rights, friend. I'm arguing as much for "MS13 gang members" as you or Trump himself.

What fricking rights or due process does he have. None
The Supreme Court literally just voted 9-0 to disagree with that statement.

In terms of the argument being made, it is not. Literally.
It literally does.
People understand the ethics of it. You don’t because you’re ethically retarded. They understand that it is morally correct to return a person to El Salvador who is here illegally and has an order of deportation. You don’t understand it ethically. We can’t ethically understand it for you. So we’ll just settle for calling you retarded.

You don’t know that any of them were correct. But you dutifully shite them onto our board like they were. That’s kind of the definition of propaganda.

ms-13 has been abolished in el salvador?
No. He claimed on a court filing that a gang called the Barrio 18 gang was a threat.
And the basis of that threat was that this alleged gang was harassing his mother over her tortilla shop she was operating out of her house.
An immigration judge appointed by the Justice Department believed him.

No. I’m undeniably right. There’s no ethical qualm whatsoever about deporting an illegal El Salvadoran to El Salvador.

an illegal alien was sent home

Get back to me when a US citizen is involved - it makes a big difference
It would literally be the same legal analysis:
1. The Government admits it made a mistake in removing John Q. Citizen to Mongolia.
2. No US courts have jurisdiction in Mongolia.
3. A court cannot direct the Executive in matters of foreign policy.
4. Like Obama's executing a teenage American citizen in the Middle East without due process sorry, there's nothing that can be done about it.

We're discussing the legal effects.
You're pivoting to change the discussion to esotericism.

I know in court proceedings that the US government accepted those details as true. Seems like if they weren’t, the Trump immigration people in 2019 wouldn't have accepted them.

You are. I’m not. Ethics are far more important than laws.

Naw dude we've moved on. Billy just chose business ethics.

If an American citizen suffers this fate; I’ll be in your side of the argument
Pinky promise
As it stands; I’m ok with what is happening, the part I like best is that it creates fear for illegals about being here or coming here
Straight up, and this guy was tagged for deportation, it happened sooner rather than later
