I vacillate in defense of the blowback. I don’t pretend to not understand it.
In the end, the blowback more often ends up with guillotines and platitudes playing as oratory. The former being more horrifying than the latter.

Why does he get a pass, but the DOJ doesnt?
When the Left manipulates the system to get to a desired outcome, they’re just being smart. When the Right does it, they’re subverting the rule of law.

Appreciate that.
So, to be clear, the Solicitor General did not state the removal was in error.
But, the SG did use a Declaration from the ICE Field Office Director that stated it was a mistake to deport Garcia to Ele Salvador.

Maybe we need to send in Seal Team 6 to extract this hero.

He clearly did.

So, I think there is a good deal to like about Steven Miller, but he is lying to us when he says there was no deportation error here and that such a story was put out there due to a rogue attorney in DOJ.
I am tired of being lied to.
It was clear Garcia had a deportation order. Also clear there was an order prohibiting the gov't from deporting Garcia to El Salvador.
I thought, perhaps, the Admin was using some AEA strategy or something to claim it was not an error to deport him to El Salvador - but that is obviously not the case.

That withhold order is inoperable for all of the reasons that Miller, Rubio, Bondi and Bukele gave yesterday. Either you didn't hear what they said, you didn't understand what they said, or you're being absurd in your denial of the clear meaning of what they said.

Read the next clause in that sentence and then read the next sentence.

Can you state the reasons the order was "inoperable"?
And why is the Solicitor General of the United States saying the deportation was a mistake?

Matt Taibbi's site has been doing some pretty thorough timelines on current hot topics. It's a good way to go back and figure out how we got here.

Because he’s not and never been a citizen and he can be deported for many different reasons.

The court document that was posted just above your post. The transcript of the joint PC with Bukele. Why do I have to do your homework? Do you normally choose ignorance?

That does not answer the question.
Why was the judicial Oder forbidding deportation to El Salvador not valid? The Solicitor General has seemingly made it clear it was a valid order. Why is he wrong?
Posted on 4/15/25 at 9:21 am to JimEverett
No . . . it was not a valid order and the reason is in the next sentence of the pleading.

My bad. i did not realize you were retarded.
The Solicitor General said deportation to El Salvador was a mistake. Yet you claim the Withhold Order was "inoperable."
I will believe the Solicitor General.
