Definitely a bug implanted in your dog by the govt. Normally a more clandestine process but budget cuts mandates the duct tape.

Thanks for all the concern about Winston mates, his mom is trying to slow burn off this nasty mole he has with apple vinegar and the electrical tape is the best method we've found to hold the bandages / cotton ball on.
