Absolutely. He is on record that he would limit military aid to Israel if they didn’t allow enough supplies in to Gaza.
Trump isn’t going to allow these supplies to be shipped in droves anymore.

I wish he would take this hard line with more issues:
IE: "if the border is not reasonably sealed and illegal immigration stopped by the time I'm inaugurated, I'm going to fire anybody involved and put people on trial for any crimes we find they commiteed"

It had nothing to do with cheering on 2 million deaths. It’s about holding people accountable for their own decisions and not continually bailing them out. Same as blue cities ignoring crime and then complaining when companies leave.
