All I get from the transcription is the US has a POTUS that is deeply concerned with mass corruption in the previous administration. The Deep State FBI/DOJ shirked their responsibility of investigating the matter with regards to Biden's tangled mess with a Ukraine energy company. The POTUS has made it a priority to get to the bottom of this mess.
