The Legislature should allocate the $18 million with the condition that the fraudulent tax cheat of a D.A. resign and that any D.A. appointed or elected who has more than 50 701 releases per year is required to resign.
Another condition for receiving the money is that some state board is comprised (1/2 Republican and 1/2 Democrat) that monitors and requires the D.A. actually charge people with the serious crimes they commit rather than letting them plead to much lesser offenses.
The final condition would be that no one holding the office of D.A. is allowed to accept any campaign contributions from George Soros or any person/organization affiliated with George Soros.
