Good find!

Being from 2021, she would have to had her ATP by then absent some unusual circumstances.

Yea it does- It's the highest Certification you can achieve as an Aviator..much like a PHD

I don't care who was flying the airplane. If the P2 was PIC, the P1 sat there and let her exceed rate of decent , slam the aircraft onto the Runway like a carrier trap, and create a cluster frick that miraculously didn't kill anyone. An ATP and a type rating give you the legal authority to operate, but it doesn't guarantee a level of competency.

That’s kinda like saying someone with a CDL has a PhD in driving.
