Haha Obama denial, typically Trump will double down and push further.

At best Obama meddled. At worst he aided in the spying on another administration.
He's a scum bag.

So this is where the Trump chucks come to melt over something that isn't proven?

Breaking news. Spokesman stated Obama did not order surveillance .

Barack Obama is a traitor. This is inarguable among the sane.

There it is. Obama owns the Courts through his Appointees; the FACTS/EVIDENCE should be reviewed by a Grand Jury. Both to what extent Trump's contact with Russian counterparts was legit groundwork for his coming Administration...and to what degree Obama's (his Bureaucratic Operatives) were justified in requesting FISA approved surveillance of a private citizen...running in opposition to their publically-endorsed Candidate (HRC).
This makes Watergate small. What did Obama know...and when did he know it. Truth...Obama knows everything, but will always have plausible deniability. Of course, when that fails - per the Fast n Furious scenario where Holder was found in Contempt of Congress for clamming up - there is always Executive Privilege as a last resort for the Liar to CYA.
Down we go.

Nor did he know anything about the Feds handing out 50 cal. machine guns to the Mexican Cartels...and his AG Holder being found in Contempt of Congress for essentially shutting down the Investigation.

Regardless of if the spokesman is being truthful, the surveillance exists. We should all have a problem with that.

There's a thread on the first page calling for Obama to be prosecuted and thrown in jail over this. Same people who whine about the liberal media making up stories using unverifiable sources think that Obama should be put in prison based on a tweet that included ZERO sources, verifiable or otherwise.
The majority of posters here are painfully stupid. Painfully

Take Nixon in the deepest days of his Watergate paranoia, subtract 50 IQ points, add Twitter, and you have Trump today.

If they overstepped the boundaries of the FISA warrant, that will not be a good argument for getting rid of FISA. But we already have good reasons for getting rid of FISA.

Kevin Lewis, Obama's spokesman, said in a statement: "A cardinal rule of the Obama Administration was that no White House official ever interfered with any independent investigation led by the Department of Justice. "As part of that practice, neither President Obama nor any White House official ever ordered surveillance on any U.S. citizen," he said. "Any suggestion otherwise is simply false."
