Again, dodging questions you can't answer, so I ask again..

maybe they should move to where jobs are

and before you say that's not possible, the most uneducated and lowest-living group in the US did just that in recent years (when states like GA and AZ instituted harsh police tactics to combat illegal aliens). if undocumented workers who have no access to banking or proper jobs can do it, then literally anybody can do it.

It was back in a thread about welfare in ct several months ago.

Well, let's not forget how Detroit got their large black population in the first place. Poor blacks migrating from the south for work.

Oh - yeah - right - the topic is premium cable will be an inalienable right. Because it falls from the sky, is required for proper sanitation, and without it - you die - JUST LIKE water!!!

Now I get it!

You are intentionally dense when the topic at hand doesn't fit your narrative. You know exactly what the OP meant, yet you play on semantics when you don't have a valid argument.

These people are free to go scoop water out of the lake if they'd like, or catch rainwater for everyday use. But if they want a service that provides treated clean water (which costs money to do you know) they must pay for that service. Protesting against paying for that service is asinine and is a great example of the entitlement outlook that plagues this country.

Why does the government have no responsibility to prevent cholera outbreak?
6 people get cholera in the US each year, on average. None in Michigan. I'd say you don't have to be too worried there.

Furthermore, no one has ever gotten cholera from not drinking.

Why do you never address the topic at hand...EVER?

It's just constant non answering of questions and subject changing anytime you post.

More people are killed by vending machines every year than by cholera.

Doesn't the government have a responsibility to stop the killer vending machine outbreak?

They're protesting their water bill? Like $10-$20? How about instead of protesting, spend your time looking for work? Hell I'll pay your water bill if you come clean my gutters.
