I don't think I've ever seen a conversation on this board where a gun control supporter straight up admits guns should be banned. It would be a good and very frank conversation.

I do own a few guns. A couple shotguns and 9 mm handgun. I'm dedicated to protecting my rights. Liberals and gun control freaks want to make a criminal out of me for owning something they hate.

I had a 9mm and a FN5.7. I've downsized to a just a .45
Adding an AK when I get back from spain
ETA: I do miss the FN. It inspired so much hate from my liberal friend. I'll get another one when a manufacturer starts making something besides the junk ammo. Elite ammunition is nasty but soooo scarce.

I own a couple of rifles and a shotgun. I hunt deer and duck and if i can bare to miss a college gameday, dove. I am not a member of the NRA nor do I own any handguns. Although i do plan on purchasing a handgun when i finally stop spending money on other crap.
I do not believe that the 2nd amendment allows the unconditional right to every person the right to carry any weapon.
I believe the federal government should have very little to say on the matter except to outlaw the most outrageous guns and that local and state governments should have more power to limit depending on the needs of each's needs.
This all being said I do not think it is as effective as the left will say nor do i think it is as ineffective as the right says.
But this board will characterize what I said as wanting a complete and total ban on all guns.

I do not believe the sky is falling. As they have passed this law and it did not seriously affect the ability of me or my family to get the weapons/ammo we wanted or needed.

right because anyone who says that maybe it wouldnt be the best idea for anyone who wants assault rifles to be able to get them or suggests that maybe there is middle ground for gun control obviously couldnt own a gun or enjoy using it.
