Every time one of these anti Boomers threads is puked out I have to drop in to say, I know a lot of Boomers and the only whacked out ones I know who are on the left side of the political spectrum are primarily old dope smoking holdouts from the 60's and 70's. I would say +80% of the Boomers I personally know are hardcore MAGA but I live in Missouri so that could explain my experience with MAGA supporting Boomers.
I agree completely. I'm from the very last year of the boomers ('64) and I'm nothing like the whacked out liberal portion that is currently, and has been, our problem in the country for years. Friends and family, my age and older are MAGA as we can be and loathe the liberal nut jobs from our generation. Please don't lump us ALL together. Remember there are lots of young people today that are whacky as hell protesting, supporting Hamas, hating Jews and helping illegal alien criminals hide. Just my 2 cents worth. (I'm from South Louisiana)

Politics is bloodsport. You think that is unique to "boomers"? Seriously? Adams in 1800, Jackson in 1824, Tilden in 1876, Nixon in 1960 ... all undone by "boomers"? That's your take?

Goodness. Someone please get this OM fellow a participation trophy so he can claim an accomplishment.

I said we’ve been ruled by the Deep State since at least 1963 when the oldest Boomers were still in high school and the youngest were still in diapers.
So you think Nixon, Carter, Reagan, Clinton and Trump are "Deep State"?

Don't have to be to have a corrupting force with almost complete freedom and dark funding affect world events.

The word in dispute is "ruled."

The implication is that Gen-Y is hapless and impotent because others are ruling over them. The claim was boomers seized control when the oldest among them were 42yrs old. But now Gen-Y (the oldest among them being 44yrs old) cannot do anything because it's being "ruled" over.

The "ruled" claim is a really bad look.

But the others, absolutely.

Do you have any idea who Gerald Ford was? You think the "Deep State" would have wanted Jimmah Cahtah in the WH instead of Ford?

Do you have any idea who G H W Bush was? Do you think the Deep State wanted him out?

Wow.

The reporter says all ages. Just because you saw a dozen old folks home survivors doesn't mean there is eight miles of just boomers. Learn how to read between the bullshite they spew. If you need a trophy for the post let us know.

One of my favorite lines in cinematic history is from the Godfather when Michael is telling Kay what his family actually does, and she says that Michael is being naive because politicians don’t go out and kill people and then he responds “Whose being naive, Kay?”

so you're familiar with the movie, good!

here's my favorite scene,

you can be a man, take responsibility for your own schitty life and quit blaming all your problems on previous generations maybe if your father had a discussion like that with you, you wouldn't be such a whiny little millennial biotch.

when i graduated from college in 1983 the top tax rate was 50% on ever dollar over 28k and 28k wasn't a lot of money in 1983. your generation has never paid their fair share of income taxes you're freeloading pieces of schit and have been your entire miserable lives. i'll never forget when your generation entered the work force and we began having corporate seminars on "managing millennials" because you were the everybody got a trophy generation and were so fragile.
