This dude and his affiliation with Booz-Allen reminds me of a guy I grew up with in Huntsville,Alabama, Palestinian-American, speaks 5 languages, super smart, right out of college went to middle east and worked at U.S. embassies. Moved to D.C. and has been there his whole career but traveled overseas a lot for work. None of his friends really knew what he did for a living, where he worked. He went on the first few annual snowboarding trips me and several friends take. About 7 or 8 years ago, while on the trip, I was like, "come on, man. Tell us. You're CIA, right?" He got all nervous and wouldn't say yes or no... He just said repeatedly, I am a contractor/analyst... I asked what firm or company he was with and he said, Booz-Allen. 
The whole exchange lasted maybe 20 seconds and we didn't mention it again for the remaining couple days of the trip, had fun... like normal.
He never went on another snowboarding trip with us again and he has barely talked to me since. We were pretty good friends up until then.

I know a bunch of Booz-Allen and Raytheon and CACI guys, A BUNCH of them close friends and then I know some of their friends through parties and hunting and fishing trips and ....., and not a one of them gives off the needy soy boy vibes this Mannina cuck gives off. They wouldn't be caught dead even associating with this guy. And nary a one of them would be sharing any pertinent info with any stranger, much less some honey pot that came outta nowhere.
