Your lack of self-awareness is staggering.

Have you noticed that ANY time I ask for specificity you run and hide from it like a little bitch? I have your number. Ive gone against dirty lawyers like you many many times. Youre not special. Youre not smart. You’re getting exposed.

Why do you need me to cite the DOJ handbook or anything else for you to answer a basic question about predication?

And again what does interpleader have to do with criminal process? Why are you even bringing it up?

I’m not sure exactly sure which accounts they intended to seize but news reports indicate it involves “green bank” funds.

Yep, happened. Finding $20 bbn in an unauthorized CitiBank account is indeed "probable cause"

Pointing out your lies has nothing to do with me. You got caught lying. Several times. Take your L.

And trust me….besting you intellectually isn’t something to be proud of. Most everyone I know can do it. I just happened to be the one in this thread.

Because you’re lying. And we all know it. You have zero authority to back up your lies.

Are you serious? Clearly you don’t know what interpleader is. If you want to stop a bank from moving funds, it is the immediate recourse. Again….did you take commercial paper. And again again, interpleader was probably not even needed in this case.

I’m starting to think you want me to cite something so you can look it up.

You can’t answer a basic question about predicated investigations?

I see you’re pulling shite out of your arse again. It’s a civil action. Has nothing to with the Fed gov actually seizing assets through criminal process. You don’t even describe it accurately. Lol

Trump orders DOJ to terminate all remaining ‘Biden Era’ US attorneys: ‘We must clean house’

Usually they asked to resign when a new administration comes in, but can't blame Trump for wanting them fired after what he went through over the last four years.

That’s generally how it works. I’m beginning to question whether you’re actually an attorney. Are you an attorney?

I asked you what the DOJ requires as it is pertinent to this discussion. You ran like a little bitch from that question. Now you want to say I can’t answer something? Holy shite. You aren’t an attorney, are you?

Is it your assertion that the federal government cannot be a party to an interpleader action? Please tell me this is what you’re saying.

I have been consistent that interpleader isn’t even necessary. You have provided no evidence to the contrary. I presented an argument in the alternative. (Any actual lawyer would know what that is). I cited interpleader. Is your assertion interpleader is not a tool the federal government can use?

I’m not letting you off the hook. I caught you in so many lies.
