Roger is sauced talking out of his arse like normal. Trump isn’t even in office and he’s talking shite. Funny for a guy who didn’t even vote for president yet he will always have his comments.

Ok. So this shite bill that failed was Trump, Vance, and Johnson? With Musk giving thumbs up?
Oof.
Oof.

Therefor folks here cheering on republicans voting for this thing makes them not for cutting spending?
It makes any promises to get this deficit under control feel like lip service. Plus, its been handled horribly from the start, it needs to be halted and figure out some leadership here.
quote:
And Dems voted against it bc there isn’t enough spending?
Probably wasnt confusing enough so they couldnt hide pet projects and gifts to supporters.

According to Musk's tweet this CR was put together by Trump, Vance and Johnson...

Feels like its already running off the rails.

The bill voted on today was likely not even read by the politicians in DC.

I think those who voted no will be made a central focus of Trump and Elon.
This is a preview of what's to come....

Funny how they didn’t read the first one and were gonna vote yes until a non govt person said something. Now they’re voting no on a smaller bill. These conservatives sure are awesome

It damn sure did. Actual Conservatives did not vote for this bill.
You should probably learn what the frick Conservatism actually is.

Yep, its sad watching them sprint to the left...

Musk, Vivek and the 33 Conservatives are actually right in saying neither CR should go forward.
Build an actual budget in 2025 and be done with this method of "drama" showboat governing ...
[that's my take on it also]

Plus, its been handled horribly from the start, it needs to be halted and figure out some leadership here.
Can we not get our top folks together and effectively explain to the American people the negatives of passing this thing? And the even bigger negatives of putting more in for the Dems in order for them to help pass it?
I see people here scared that the Dems will put a potential shutdown on Republicans. That notion seems extremely easy to defeat in a debate.

Yeah, plus I dont think it will move the needle much. Not for long, anyway.

Ok this is perfect.
You both, I’m assuming, are on the right. One of you thinks it’s conservative to vote for the bill. The other thinks it’s conservative to vote against it.
What the frick is going on?
Posted on 12/19/24 at 7:13 pm to SaintsReportExile
quote:Exactly. We need more republicans willing g to trade higher spending to raise the debt ceiling higher! Sofaking conservative!
Trump needs to list them out individually to the American People and let them know who needs to be replaced.
Getting rid of 33 conservatives. Best friend Democrats could ever have. It would accomplish what the GOPe and democrats couldn’t. Yay?!

A frick ton of people would be receptive to “hey it’s fricking hard out here right now. It’s a terrible idea to saddle the country with an unimaginable amount of funding and borrowing at this time. But we love Americans and need to get their salaries funded. This bill is the fund our loved gov employee bill. Ask your local Dem why they won’t vote for it.”
Why uh, why can’t we do that?

Before you speak read the bill.
