He used a liberal rag that was clearly biased as his source.
Sure, and nobody has disputed the facts reported.

Then, got his feelings hurt when he was told, “You know, they may be correct, but they may also be putting forth bullshite.”
That is not what was said

It's irrelevant.
To you. Then again, it doesn’t support your narrative. Like I said, spectrum.

Dude, someone posted the motto for them. THEY referenced themselves in that manner.

It's relevant ONLY if you frame it in a partisan way (which you did).
As you said
quote:
Murdering one’s political opposition is a tried and true trait associated with the FAR LEFT.
Assassinations are a non-partisan issue.

Is that the “illegal” film?

And? who gives a shite.
They reported he screened the movie and was arrested.
As I said:
quote:
I don't think the fact that he screened the movie is in dispute.
They could be fricking Mao or Hitler, and it would not make a difference. Nobody is disputing that he screened the movie.
From the original article:
quote:
Nick Lowles of Hope Not Hate wrote on X: “Tommy Robinson is currently screening the film Silenced in Trafalgar Square, just 48 hours before he appears in the High Court accused of breaking an injunction preventing him from releasing the film.. He’s heading to jail.
“The Attorney General’s office have been made aware of Tommy Robinson screening a film he was banned from showing. Such a flagrant disregard for the law could well see him facing the maximum two-year sentence. Only himself to blame.”
Attacking the source is retarded in this instance.

You were the one claiming the article posted was beyond reproach. I’m just pointing out that the source should be questioned, especially with that lead in sentence.
I’m sorry that I will pass on blindly believing

I have not seen it confirmed yet (well other than claims by lefties).

This defines who this clown claims to be. “Just because I posted this doesn’t mean that I agree with it”.
Don’t officially say anything so I don’t have to defend anything. I will just post about how stupid others are. But never make a claim.
sfp needs to be ignored.

The point is, there is no objective outlet saying he was arrested for TERRORISM.
He posted that and every account/outlet repeating/reporting it goes back to his account stating it (without evidence)
quote:
Kent police said on Sunday night that a man, 41, had been detained at the Channel tunnel in Folkestone under schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act, which allows police to stop, examine and search passengers at ports, airports and international rail terminals.
He was subsequently arrested “for frustration of a schedule 7 examination”, the force said, and was later released on bail while inquiries continue.

Was waiting for this.
Thanks for updating.
I await SFP telling us how this was exactly what he said had happened originally and you just don’t get it on the level he does.

They really can’t help themselves.
When I was younger, you could turn to the Editorial page to find out the political opinions of the newspaper staff.
Now, it’s on every page.

So not TERRORISM. Thank you for confirming.

Read your own link
quote:
The person who is detained can be held for up to six hours, is legally obliged to answer questions and must provide the password or Pin for electronic devices, or be held to have committed a criminal offence if they refuse.
In an audio clip posted on Robinson’s X account, formerly Twitter, he is heard telling his ex-wife that officers have demanded the PIN code for his phone.
Robinson says he objected to the request because there would be legally privileged information on his phone, relating to an ongoing High Court case, and interviews that he has carried out relating to a documentary that he is making.
aka, not TERRORISM

Schedule 7 of what?
LINK
Oh right. The Terrorism Act of 2000
I love that you can’t let this tar baby go.
LINK
Oh right. The Terrorism Act of 2000
quote:
Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000 provides police officers with unique powers to examine people who pass through the United Kingdom’s borders. It allows them to stop, question and when necessary, search and detain individuals and goods travelling through the UK’s borders to determine whether they may be involved or concerned in the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
I love that you can’t let this tar baby go.

Irrelevant to what he was arrested for. That's just the title to a set of laws and not the specific law he's alleged of violating.
Was he arrested for TERRORISM, or a charge similar to obstruction of justice? The latter.

He wasn't arrested for TERRORISM. I was right on calling that bullshite out.
And you are the one who always likes to use the word sophist(ry), while doing it in that last post
