Bamarep thinks that either Manafort or Flynn are the first dominoes to fall.
Liberals will crow and scream with glee totally overlooking that Manafort was arse deep with the Podestas and Flynn was a key member of the Obama Administration.
Methinks this is an effort to offer deals in order to get bigger fish.

Or Mueller looking for a rabbit? Send someone down to file some generalized docs at the close of the courthouse for the weekend and watch to see who makes a run for border (not Taco Bell related).
