I've read quite a few of her dissents over the past 3 years (and I hope that track record continues for the foreseeable future). That stated, this one's a doozy.

we need a statute that anyone who has passed through a 3rd country to apply for citizenship by rule gets rejected automatically and cant apply. you are not meant to be able to asylum shop, its supposed to be the next country you arrive to where the supposed source of oppression is not present.

What's the basic summary of SCOTUS siding with Monsanto when comes to being sued if not labeling their stuff for potential dangers?
Will this be used by other chemical companies and what's the negatives to customers?
