Yeah and surprise we aren’t the same person as I don’t believe his conspiracy. It’s pretty dumb to think we somehow had a blow up c17 in Afghanistan for a conspiracy narrative.

I did not ask for video of a plane flying overhead and things you cannot identify appearing to fall from it. I asked for a video of that inflatable airplane in the OP lifting off the ground and people clearly falling from it as it does so. You're a pilot. You're familiar with the type of thrust those engines produce. If you're being honest with yourself you should know everything about that video in the OP is obvious bullshite, beginning with how people are casually running in front of the "engines" without being sucked through them and killed.

Speaking of Afghanistan. The official narrative was we were in Afghanistan for 20 years.

I guess that's not true either, we were never there.

See how dumb this is?

that looks really odd but I don’t recall there being a “thing” about it at the time.

It was definitely a thing. It was widely circulated at the time and discussed here before the topic was inevitably shut down just as this one will be.

Let's get the pilots involved.

Is this pilot lying?

quote:

“Just as if you had your car in drive, took your foot off the brake and did not touch the accelerator the car would move forward at idle speed, i.e. fairly slowly. The engines of the C-17 are at flight idle thrust, producing minimal thrust (which exits the engines) and little air movement into the forward part of the engines.”

If it was an inflatable aircraft AP, Reuters, MSM news would love nothing more than to report this TO PROTECT BIDEN AND THE DEMOCRATS.

DON'T YA THINK?

quote:

The "inflatable airplane" claim about the 2021 US withdrawal from Afghanistan is a thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory with no credible evidence. It refers to viral videos and images of a real US Air Force Boeing C-17 Globemaster III cargo plane at Hamid Karzai International Airport (Kabul) on August 16, 2021, during the chaotic evacuation after the Taliban took the city. Social media posts (including later TikTok recirculations) labeled low-quality footage or stills as showing an "inflatable decoy plane" or prop, sometimes tying it to broader false-flag or "staged" narratives.

leadstories.com

Key facts

It was a real C-17. The aircraft (identifiable by markings including "1109," the last digits of its serial number) belonged to the 62nd Airlift Wing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. US Air Force officials confirmed this repeatedly, including in responses to fact-checkers. The plane landed to support the evacuation of equipment and people amid deteriorating security; the crew departed quickly after being surrounded by hundreds of Afghan civilians.

leadstories.com

The footage is authentic and shows the plane in motion. Videos depict people running alongside it, clinging to the sides/under the wing as it taxied and took off. Higher-quality or fuller versions show engines, structure, takeoff, and people falling after liftoff. An inflatable would deform under the weight of people climbing on it or fail to support them rigidly—the structure remains solid. Engine noise and flight dynamics further rule out a prop.

reuters.com

Human remains were found in the wheel well. After takeoff, the crew struggled with the landing gear; remains of people who had clung to or entered the gear area were discovered upon landing (in Qatar). The Air Force Office of Special Investigations reviewed the incident and determined the crew acted appropriately under the extreme circumstances. This is incompatible with a blow-up decoy.

politifact.com

Multiple independent fact-checks reached the same conclusion. Reuters, PolitiFact, Lead Stories, Full Fact, USA Today/Check Your Fact, AFP, and others rated the claim false. Experts (including military aircraft analysts) called related social media versions "nonsense." Low-quality compression/angles made windows or engines look "blacked out" or smooth to some viewers, fueling the misinterpretation.

leadstories.com

Context of the actual eventsThe US withdrawal (completed by the end of August 2021 under the Biden administration, following the Trump-era Doha agreement timeline) led to a rapid Taliban advance and the collapse of Afghan government forces. The Kabul airlift (Operation Allies Refuge and related efforts) evacuated roughly 120,000+ people in a short period under intense pressure, with scenes of desperation at the airport. One earlier C-17 that day carried a record ~640–823 people. Real chaos, deaths (including from falls and a later ISIS-K bombing), and operational challenges occurred—none of which required or involved inflatable aircraft.

en.wikipedia.org

Military forces have historically used inflatable decoys (e.g., tanks in WWII deception operations like Ghost Army), but nothing supports their use as operational C-17s in the 2021 Kabul evacuation. Claims otherwise rely on visual misinterpretation of real, widely documented footage rather than evidence. In short: the plane was real, the desperation was real, and the "inflatable" theory is not.

the great pumpkin is real though.

Again I’ve never heard of this theory until now. Afghans are dumb but there’s no way that’s a fake aircraft and they’re playing along

Is there footage that isn’t in a click-baity tweet? I’m serious that I’d like to see more reliable footage of this.

What’s crazy is that I bought a triple tube to pull behind the boat for 3 hundred dollars.

That inflatable plane had to be $50,000 to make.

But it is my tax money so anything is possible.

It was 100% a fake aircraft. It doesn't really even matter. The official story is it was a botched withdrawal. That is what will be believed no matter what. But for posterity, the truth has been told.

What else would be falling from it?

Sure. The C-17 is a high wing airplane. Those engines are pretty far off the ground. Zero chance they could suck someone in from the ground. Secondly, the plane was taxiing at nearly idle. On heavy planes like the C-17 you’ll push the power up to maybe 25% minimum to get the plane moving. After it’s got momentum the throttles come to idle or nearly idle producing very little thrust. What little thrust was being produced went right over their heads due to the height of the engines off the ground. At least that’s what I can see in any video I’ve been able to find. Including yours. Now if they were standing behind the plane when it went to takeoff thrust they probably get knocked over but this plane was just taxiing.

Pretty ironic considering he has said exactly the opposite. Speaking of knee-jerk reactions, your post is a perfect example.

The official story is we were in Afghanistan for twenty years.

Using your logic, we can't believe that either.

Trump also didn't bomb Iran. So not sure why anyone is crying about that.

The user said they saw a video of that plane taking off and bodies falling from it. I challenged that user to produce a video of that inflatable aircraft actually lifting off the ground and they are unable to. Because one does not exist as it was a fake aircraft.

So how do they have video of the aircraft flying with bodies falling off? Just because we don’t have the whole sequence doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
