probably wrong to say, but i hope covid lasts until fall 2022. it's our only hope that this takes up all of his time to take on anything else. like guns, a green new deal, $15 minimum wage, mass citizenship, etc.

You may get your wish. Biden said in the Town Hall, amongst all of his babbling, that after Christmas he's hopeful we'll have this more managed. He has no plan for things to be better this year.
And if it doesn't get better, the midterms could be a bloodbath.

Expand testing? I made an appointment and was getting a test within 15 minutes just yesterday for my kid.
I believe every CVS is testing now, and there are about 8,000 cvs stores not counting Target stores. That's in addition to the eleventy million locations testing all over the place.
