We've seen some entertaining suggestions for how to disable the thing, but really, a few taps from a Benjamin pellet gun would do the trick.

A dart from a distance would be all that is needed to take it out. It’s small enough to conceal and you can easily melt into the crowd after you toss it. You’ll be long gone before anyone figures out you popped it.
