Actually, there is no way of knowing. We are going 3rd party now. We spend money for tanks, jets, rockets, etc. and give them to a Latin American country and they agree to give their older versions of those weapons to Ukraine. It's circumventing the GOP refusal on direct aid.

Its actually 113 billion. I believe the discrepancy is the money also being sent from USAID (that was one of hils favorite honey holes for funding).

This also does not include the equipment swaps Zach is talking about, UN, World Bank, and hundreds of NGOs funding by the fed govt.
