I left off the weird "right to be with family" as that's an amalgamation of a few different rights

The Right to Education
if in fact this right was codified, it could be reasonably argued that the execution of it in regards to undocumented individuals infringes on the rights of US citizens by depriving them of finite resources (schools, teachers, funding, etc)

Exactly what rights do illegals have
From what I understand, these seminars are basically explaining the differences between administrative warrants vs judicial warrants.
Administrative warrant:
-Issued by a federal agency, such as ICE or CBP
-Does not require probable cause
-Does not authorize a search of an area
-Authorizes an arrest or seizure
-Used for regulatory inspections and compliance checks
Judicial warrant:
-Issued by a court and signed by a judge or magistrate
-Requires probable cause
-Specifies the location, date, and time of the search
-Authorizes the search of private property, seizure, or arrest
Their idea is that most warrants ICE will be showing up with will be administrative warrants, thus those wishing to hide illegals can simply move them into a non-public area of a business or refuse ICE officials entry to their home. If they are caught doing so, however, they can face being charged with various crimes under Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a). These can have varying ranges of fines and imprisonment time (some up to 10 years).
Holding such seminars could fall under 1324(a)(1)(A)(v), depending on how they frame their presentations and advertisements. If they stay completely away from mentioning illegals (in whatever verbiage) and stick with only "here's the difference between the two types of warrants", it could be allowable speech. If they delve into something like "move any non-legalized migrants to the back office" or "you don't have to let ICE into your home if you have undocumented workers inside", then that likely falls under Conspiracy.

Conspiracy/Aiding or Abetting -- Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(v) expressly makes it an offense to engage in a conspiracy to commit or aid or abet the commission of the foregoing offenses.
What I am waiting for is to see someone try this when ICE shows up with a judicial warrant and these chucklefricks respond as if it's an administrative one.

How horrible was that 1982 SCOTUS decision giving illegal children the right to a K-12 education?

She should be impeached and convicted but Democrats wouldn’t vote for that even if there was video of her having sex with a 12 year old family member - which is an actual possibility.

The big issue is going to be the specificity of the investigation that's alleged. If an illegal calls up their representative and says ice is at my door, and the representative says go hide, then that would probably potentially be under the statue. Giving general legal advice, especially when it would be considered political speech, it's going to be almost impossible to fit into that statute.
You would be basically arguing that if a normal criminal demanded that police executing a search warrant actually have the warrant, and someone told him about this constitutional right, that that would be aiding and abetting, which is clearly absurd. Advising citizens of the legal limits of prosecutorial authority is protected speech. Advising someone in a specific situation to respond to prosecutorial authority, may end up being within the class of crimes you're referencing

From the constitution, congressionally passed, or executive order? Seriously interested to know

Yes
It’s codified into that Knowingly harboring an undocumented immigrant is a federal crime. The law is found in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and 8 U.S.C. Section 1324.
The harboring prohibition applies to everyone, not just those who smuggle undocumented immigrants
It applies to concealing, harboring, or shielding unauthorized aliens from detection in any place, including any building or any means of transportation
Encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States

When do you think she'll be arrested?

Anti-American. She should be put in jail since she's trying to help a criminal.
